Jonathan Krikorian is a Partner at IREA, specializing in multifamily, land, retail, industrial and development investments across Southern California and nationwide.

Jonathan has been affiliated with the firm for more than 20 years. He began as an intern and was awarded Rookie of the Year in his first year as a full-time agent with the firm. He continues to be one of IREA’s highest-earning agents. Jonathan has developed long-lasting client relationships through his attention to detail and honest business practices.

Prior to joining IREA, Jonathan worked as a credit analyst and underwriter in the commercial real estate division of Capital Source Bank, a multi-billion-dollar commercial bank, underwriting transactions as large as $100 million. Earlier in his career, Jonathan interned for Hovde Financial as an investment banking analyst. His diverse background in real estate, commercial banking, and investment banking allows Jonathan to provide his clients with comprehensive knowledge and expertise.

Jonathan attended American University in Washington, D.C., where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the Kogod School of Business. He enjoys traveling, scuba diving, playing basketball, skiing, and spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
