Raffi Krikorian is the Firm’s founder. He has been in the real estate industry since 1986. Prior to that he was involved in international banking for ten years, holding various executive positions both in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Krikorian founded IREA in 1999 after five years of successfully opening, owning, and managing the Los Angeles County operation of a Southern California regional investment real estate advisory company. Approximately seven billion dollars of investment property has been sold under his initiative.
Mr. Krikorian is a founder and past Chairman of the Board of the California Business Bank, a full service commercial bank, headquartered in Los Angeles. He has also served on the advisory Board of First American Bank. Mr. Krikorian is an active member of several professional and civic organizations, including the Glendale Memorial Hospital Foundation Board, AIR, and ICSC.
Mr. Krikorian holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Truman University, Missouri, and a Masters Degree from School of International Service, the American University, Washington D.C.
