Julie Kim

Julie has over twenty years of successful managerial experience in the commercial real estate industry. She has been with IREA since it was founded in 1999 and worked with the Firm's founder for 20 years.

She has extensive experience in business operation and is passionate about supporting agents on their path to success. She has the extraordinary ability to execute day-to-day operations and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Julie was awarded IREA's "Manager of the Year Award" in 2005, which recognized her superior performance and devoted service to the Firm. In 2017 she was promoted to the position of Director of Operations as a reflection of the scope of responsibility she carries out for IREA.

Before joining the commercial real estate industry, Julie worked at a Korean trading company in Koreatown as an office manager for 7 years.

Julie is bilingual, fluent in English and Korean. She has also been a Notary Public for the State of California since 2003.
